Become a sponsor!

Shares in this sponsorship program will be available at $250 per share. We currently are taking sponsorship reservations from anyone interested in participating in this sponsorship program. There is no risk involved to reserve shares and you may later decide not to purchase the shares that you reserved. The program will be capped at four-thousand sponsorship shares (one million dollars).

Reserve your sponsorship shares today before it’s too late. Reserve from one to five-hundred sponsorship shares.

Parties considering a sponsorship in this program may reserve sponsorship shares now by submitting a share reservation form.

When sponsorship shares become available, you will be notified that you have 15 days to purchase your reserved sponsorship shares before they are made available to others. Sponsorship share reservations are non-binding. Submitting a reservation form does not obligate anyone to purchase sponsorship shares at any time. The time and date stamp from the electronic reservation form will determine who will be first (or next) in line to purchase sponsorship shares when they are available. A maximum of 500 shares may be reserved per sponsor.

Once the sponsorship program has sold out, we will then enter in a selected poker tournaments. The sponsorship program will pay the entry costs to sponsor Poker Earl in poker tournaments where the entry fee runs from around $1,500 to $10,000 per tournament. In addition to entry fees, the fund will pay a nominal per diem on tournament days to sponsored players for food and lodging expenses.

Fifty percent (50%) of all prize-money earned by Poker Earl during sponsored events will be paid to shareholders on a directly apportioned basis within 90 days after the Poker Earl has completed their contract; i.e. used up their allotment of sponsorship money. The expected duration is approximately one year per $50,000 of sponsorship money. Poker Earl will keep forty-five percent (45%) of winnings and five-percent (5%) will be set aside for program management expenses.

Here’s a simplified example of how this would work. Let’s say that you purchased 200 shares at $250 each for a total investment of $50,000. The player wins one tournament where the first place prize was a million dollars. After taxes the win is reduced to $750,000. Your shares would then be worth $375,000 because you would receive 50% of that player’s winnings. If you decide to responsor $50,000 back in the program. Then you will receive a check for $325,000.

Many of the sponsors will only purchase one or two shares, but even those could turn into a handsome payback. If Poker Earl just happened to win the World Series of Poker Main event, just one share in the fund allocated to that player would be worth around $20,000 or more. Owning a share in this sponsorship program promises to be a lot more fun than scratching lottery tickets. And for only $250, you just might be able to tell your friends that you sponsored the next big name poker player before he or she became famous!

Initial sponsors will be given a significant first rights option to responsor their shares or sponsor additional shares in this sponsorship program or in similar subsequent progam, when available. This is a true ground floor opportunity that, if successful, might pay healthy sponsorhip return to the first year sponsors for many years to come.

* Additionally, Poker Earl will retain all non-cash rewards: for example, trophies, certificates and bracelets won during any tournament. Poker Earl will retain any income earned from book deals, television or movie contracts, product endorsements or appearance money that they may earn while under contract, with the sponsorship program.

Sponsors will be able to access this web site for updates on player schedules, events and performances. During tournament action, daily updates will be provided. Other web sites provide hand to hand updates on some of the larger tournaments, such as the WSOP Main Event where you can follow the progress of a sponsored player from start to finish.

Sponsorship in this program should be seen as a high-risk venture with potential for high returns. It also promises to be much more fun following the sponsorship program with Poker Earl in a high-stakes tournament action.
