Share reservations are non-binding.
Submitting a reservation does not obligate anyone to
purchase shares at any time. The time and date stamp from this
electronic transmission will determine who will be first (or
next) in line to purchase shares when they become available. A maximum of
500 shares may be
reserved per investor. A reservation may help ensure that you
will have a chance to invest before the fund sells out. A
reservation does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase
fund shares as they may sell out before you are contacted,
depending on how early you submitted and how many prior
reservations were actually finalized as purchases. |
