In the last 20 years, Poker Earl in semi-retirement has still won more tournaments money than most. While in semi-retirement, he is very selective in which tournaments to play.

Now that tourneyment prizes are much higner than in the past. Poker Earl has decided to concentrate on the World Series of Poker.

Poker Earl was born to Korean parents in Hawaii. His parents never allowed their children speak Korean. His parents said “Because we were born in America.”

His father fought in WWI. Then “worked hard to put his brother and two sisters through college. One of his sisters was a director of nursing. The other was a school principal and his brother was an attorney.”

Poker Earl is the father of six children and currently lives in Las Vegas, NV.
